Upper Halliford Medical Centre has its practice boundaries at Weybridge, Walton-on-Thames, Sunbury, Shepperton, Laleham, Lower Hampton, Staines, Ashford, Feltham, Hanworth, Hounslow, Twickenham, Kingston and Teddington.
Our team includes two GPs, and a practice nurse as well as the practice manager and reception staff.

The Medical Centre has wheelchair access, and a specially designed toilet with facilities is also available. In addition, members of staff will be pleased to help in any way possible. There is a designated Disabled Parking space on the premises.
